  • Neither the receipt nor the review of a submission, nor the seeking of clarification, shall create any contractual obligation. The RFI may or may not result in a decision to initiate competitive bid solicitations, as defined in The Regional Purchasing By-Law No. 83-19.

 

  • All responses will be held in the strictest confidence.
